This is the classic smoothie that I make all the time. Sometimes this is my breakfast.
Put all of the following ingredients in a blender and gradually increase speed to Puree. Puree until smooth.

1 Cup Fat Free Milk

1/2 Cup Frozen Organic Blueberries

1/2 Cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt

1 Small Banana, Broken into Pieces

1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I use Natural Essentials Whey Powder – Chocolate or Strawberry)
Note the following substitutions:

Could use Almond, Coconut, Soy, Buttermilk, Rice Milk instead of Cow’s Milk

Could use any frozen fruit instead of blueberries, although blueberries are the one fruit that truly holds their sweetness when frozen.

Add whatever fresh fruit is in season or on sale — Kiwi, Melon, Pineapple, Apples, Apricot, Blackberries, Cherries (pitted!), Dates, Grapes, Grapefruit, Guava, Lemon, Lime, Mangoes, Papaya, Peaches, Pears, Plums, Raspberries, Watermelon, etc.
